CHARLES UCHEHARA
Head, Internal Control
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Second Class Upper) from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University as well as an MBA from the University of Lagos. Her decade of experience in the financial sector has seen her work in Afribank Plc (Operations Unit) and also as an operations person in Oceanic Bank International Plc., where she grew to the position of Branch Head, Fund Transfer. In addition, she worked as Audit Support in Martyrs Consulting.
In 2014, joined Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited as Head of Operations and is presently the Head of Internal Control and Audit. She has attended several pieces of training and workshops on Credit Risk Analysis and Management as well as Understanding and Achieving Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
OLANREWAJU LAMBO
Head, Business/Information Technology
Olanrewaju is the Head of Information Technology since November 2012. He brings to Mayfair strong competencies in banking with leading commercial banks and oversight responsibilities over Channels & Technology. He possesses 2nd Class Upper, B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/Statistics from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State.

OLUWASEUN OGUNLANA
Head, Risk Management
holds a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Tech Education from Ambrose Alli University. He started his career with Skye Bank Plc., in Banking Operations before joining the Retail Banking Unit of Diamond Bank Plc. He joined Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited as a Business Development Executive in 2015 and grew to become the Head of Business Development. He is currently the Head of Risk Management.

OLANREWAJU AFOLABI
Financial Controller
is a Chartered Accountant. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a second class upper honor in Accounting. He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He started his career with Great Nigeria Insurance Plc. as a Risk Advisor, and then Kindtech Computers Nigeria Ltd as Admin/ Account Officer, Ringo Telecommunications Ltd as Account Officer, and Paxs Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Account/ Admin Manager. He joined Mayfair Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2018 and is presently the Financial Controller.

AYOMIDE LAWANSON
Head, Operations
has vast experience in banking aptitude precisely Banking Operations in the Microfinance industry, and she holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from the Federal Polytechnic Auchi. She joined Mayfair Microfinance Bank in 2017 and is currently hold the Position of Head of Operations.
